PERSONAL BEST® LAUNCHES EXPANDED CALENDAR PRODUCT LINE FOR 2009

Birmingham, AL, April 30, 2008 — Personal Best®, a leader in employee wellness publishing and a division of Oakstone® Publishing, a Haights Cross Communications company, is set to launch its Year of Good Health™ Calendar product line for 2009.

The theme of the 2009 calendars is “Healthy Directions.” The award-winning calendar line has been expanded to include three new calendar style options along with the traditional favorites, all of which are designed to help keep employees motivated to improve their health and well-being all year long.

The popular US and Canadian Photography wall calendar versions feature vivid, full-color photographs along with important health and wellness information. The Illustrated style has been revamped to a mixed-media format, featuring a mix of photographs and illustrations.

Personal Best is also offering a new pocket-size calendar, “Healthy Directions ON THE GO,” which includes unique features such as space to record health and emergency contacts, a medication and allergy log, and a calorie activity tool. The Pocket Calendars are designed to ensure users have the most important health and wellness information at their fingertips.

A 12-month Calendar Poster Set has been introduced as a complement to the traditional wall calendars. These full-color, 18” x 24” posters, suited for display in conference and break rooms, are intended to keep employees focused on making healthy lifestyle choices.

Also all-new for 2009 and by popular demand, a Spanish-language calendar is offered in the illustrated format.
