- Do you provide a money back guarantee if we change our mind?
Yes! Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you decide not to keep your selections, we will refund your money in full for all returned non-customized materials, or for any unserved newsletters.
- Who do I make my payment to?
Please make payment to Oakstone Publishing, LLC.
- Where do I mail the payment?
You may send payments to PO Box 263, Chelsea, AL 35043-0263
- Do prices include shipping & handling and/or tax?
Shipping & Handling & taxes (where applicable) are shown as a separate line item.
- Why is the shipping and handling so high?
Please keep in mind that shipping & handling as quoted for newsletters will cover the cost of 12 separate
shipments for your monthly subscription.
- Are your prices listed in US or Canadian funds?
Prices listed are in USD and payment should be submitted in US funds.
- Why am I being charged for GST?
By law, we are required to collect GST on all shipments originating in the United States that have a final
destination of Canada.
- Do you accept PO's?
Yes
- Do you offer any options other than a 12-month Newsletter subscription?
Yes, we offer both longer and shorter term subscriptions to suit your company's needs. Please contact your Account Manager for assistance.
- I received flat newsletters when I was supposed to receive them folded, what can I do?
Please contact our Client Services Department @ 800-871-9525 to make the correction.
- Since I receive multiple publications, can you just ship them all together so that I can save on shipping costs?
We're sorry, we are unable to ship different newsletter titles together, because they are printed and packaged separately.
- Can I receive different newsletters on alternate months?
Yes! Please contact your Account Manager to discuss delivery options.
- Why do I have to pay again for a logo I am currently using?
Customization is an annual fee for service and not a one time set-up charge.
- Are publications offered in Spanish?
Many of our publications are available in Spanish. To check availability,
please look for the Spanish symbol.
- Do you offer French print publications?
Currently, we offer a monthly, digital version of Body Bulletin Canada in French.
Please advise your Account Manager of any other special requests.
- Why am I receiving renewal notices so early?
We begin sending renewal notices approximately 5 months prior to expire, to allow organizations ample time
in which to prepare annual budgets.
- What products are available in digital format?
All of our newsletters are available electronically.
- Can I put the newsletter on our company intranet and allow my employees access to it?
Yes! This is an option with our electronic subscription agreement. Please contact your Account Manager for more information.
- How do I receive the online version publication each month?
Please contact your Account Manager for assistance.
- I can't see my logo on my TopHealth Online.
This is most likely a result of an internal firewall set by your company administrator.
Please contact your company administrator, or contact your Personal Best Account Manager for more information.
- Can I order one copy of a newsletter?
We're sorry, but we have minimum order quantities in place because our newsletters are printed and manufactured
for bulk processing.
- Can I pay monthly?
Please contact your Account Manager to arrange special payment options.
- I sent in a check one week ago, why did I get an invoice?
It is likely that your payment and the invoice crossed in the mail. Please disregard.
